- Formaldehyde: This is used in preserving dead bodies at mortuaries.
- Arsenic: This is an ingredient in rat poison.
- Cadmium: This is a component in battery acid.
- Tar: This is a material for paving road.
- Nicotine: A highly addictive drug. Although, it speeds up the messages between the brain and the body, it stimulates the release of adrenaline into the blood which increases your blood pressure, your breathing and your heart-beat.
- Ammonia: Common in household cleaner
- Lead: In batteries
- Acetone: In nail polish remover
- Acetic acid: Ingredient in hair dye
- Butane: Lighter fluid
